Connect your project mail step by step
Independent transmission for each platform, and explicit activation of the management settings.
Dispatch is off until you set it up
From the owner's account open Project Settings, then Mail Settings. Manasatak won’t automatically use Manasatak’ mail, even if you don’t enter your provider’s data.
Choose SMTP or Amazon SES
For SMTP enter server name, username and password. Use 465 with Secure Connection Activation, or 587 for STARTTLS Connection. For SES, enter the area and your account keys for transmission. Do not use root keys or send keys in conversations.
Document the transmission address
Select Mail, Sender Name and Reply Address. Add SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records provided by the mail provider in your domain's DNS, and wait for authentication confirmation from the provider.
Enable and test
Enable the Project Mail option and save the settings. Use a demo account to try password recovery and a request notification, and review the access and spam box. Disabling the option stops the delivery of your project.
