Manasatak terms of use
Clear rules for using the Service, managing your project, and understanding your rights and obligations before signing up.
Scope and acceptance of terms
These Terms govern the use of Manasatak service on manasatak.com and its management boards and properties. “Manasatak” and “Services” refer to this Site and its Services, and “User” refers to the account holder or the person authorized to act on them. Read the terms, privacy policy and package description before creating an account or purchasing a subscription.
By agreeing during registration or confirming the purchase of a subscription, you agree to the terms offered to you. If you are acting on behalf of a project or entity, you must be authorized to do so. These Terms do not override any mandatory right granted to you by law, nor do they make consent to use an open consent to marketing or unnecessary data processing.
Eligibility, Account and Access Security
The account holder must have the legal capacity to contract and manage his activity. Don’t create an administrative account in someone else’s name without authorization, and provide and update valid contact details. Professional accounts may be audited prior to activation.
You are responsible for password protection, integration keys, devices and sessions. Use a separate account for each member and powers appropriate to their role, and notify supportmanasatak.com when unauthorized access is suspected. You are not responsible for unauthorized activity as a result of a fixed default of Manasatak simply because it falls under your account. Proportional verification information may be requested upon restoration of access or dispute over account ownership.
The nature of the service and the limits of what we offer
Manasatak provide technical tools for creating and managing physical product stores, academies, digital service platforms, and reseller accounts to manage multiple projects. Available features are described in the service description and package at the time of purchase. A preview or development map does not mean a commitment to a feature that is not actually available.
Manasatak are not the vendor, coach or service provider of customer projects simply for hosting or providing payment and administration tools for them. Certificates issued by the academies are not considered professional or government accreditation unless the owner of the academy proves this. We do not guarantee sales, profits, search engine rankings, or uninterrupted availability.
Packages, Billing and Automatic Renewal
Each type of project has its own packages, and Reseller has packages that specify the number of projects allowed. Each platform is subject to its activity plan and limits. The payment displays the price, currency, periodicity, taxes or applicable surcharges before confirmation. The bank or payment provider may charge an independent currency conversion fee.
Renewable subscriptions are collected according to the periodicity and renewal date displayed at the time of payment and at the billing gate, unless cancelled before renewal. Creating an account or returning from the payment page is not evidence of collection; The vesting begins after the process is confirmed. Increasing the space may be a renewable subscription independent of the base plan.
The cost of the upgrade or relative differences, when applied, are shown before the change is confirmed. The price change is not retroactive to a paid period; Substantial changes to subsequent renewals shall be notified with the opportunity to cancel before they take effect in accordance with applicable law. Where collection is not possible, the benefit may be credited until payment is processed.
Cancellation, Refund and Discount Objection
The subscription can be managed and cancelled from the billing gateway associated with your account, or request help from support if you cannot access it. Review the effective date of cancellation before it is confirmed; Cancellation of the renewal does not necessarily mean that the paid period will end immediately or that the account and files will be deleted.
There is no automatic refund for the unused portion of the period simply for not using the Service, unless otherwise required by law or we agree in writing to an exception. Repeated or incorrect deductions, or failure to provide the agreed service, are reviewed based on the records, circumstances, and mandatory rights.
To request a refund or objection send the account email, invoice reference and reason for the request to supportmanasatak.com, without full card numbers or passwords. The application is not accepted. Approved amounts will be returned through the original payment method whenever possible, and the duration of their appearance may vary according to the bank. This mechanism does not limit the rights of objection, cancellation or refund established by law or the payment provider.
Storage, use and resource limits
The space is calculated according to the completed files and temporary bookings for the current upload, and is displayed in GB, one billion bytes per unit. Files are subject to package limits and file type. If the project is Reseller’s, space must be available in the project share and in the Reseller’s common share; Increasing one does not automatically increase the other.
Uploading new files may stop when the quota is full or the subscription is over. Expiration on its own does not result in immediate automatic deletion of files, but it does not promise free hosting or indefinite retention. Ask for an appropriate export or deletion order before closing your project.
It is prohibited to exceed quotas or resell storage as a separate service without agreement, or to use the platform to distribute harmful files or generate a load that disrupts the service. Proportional technical restrictions may be applied to protect the operation. Storage quota does not imply unlimited data transfer, video viewing, or emails, and does not include protection against copying content after it has been displayed to the authorized user.
Obligations of entrepreneurs and resellers
The project owner is responsible for the correctness of the description of its offers, prices, inventory, taxes, licenses, shipping, cancellation and return policies and the support of its customers. It must own the rights to the content, images, courses and services offered, and explain the terms of delivery, modifications and scope of work before sale.
The project owner should inform his customers about the entity they are dealing with and publish terms and privacy policy appropriate to his activity and the law applicable to him. The use of these public pages does not substitute for the policies of his project. It has to adjust and test the payment, mail and marketing approvals provider; Customer mail doesn’t use Manasatak’ mail automatically.
Reseller is responsible for delegating the management of its clients’ projects, explaining what it offers and what it receives from them, and not promising features or benefits that are not in the package. Subscription alone does not give rise to a legal power of attorney, partnership or the right to bind Manasatak to third parties. Account ownership and access to projects remain subject to proven delegation and actual authority.
Content ownership and operating license
Your content rights remain with you or your owners. You grant Manasatak a non-exclusive license to the extent necessary to host, technically copy, and display the Content to whom you allow it, and to execute, protect, and back up your orders. This license does not give us the right to sell your content or use it in an independent advertisement without permission.
The rights to Manasatak software, logo and original elements belong to the owners, and the templates are available for use within the service according to the package, without transferring ownership of the software or granting the right to redistribute the source or trademark. Review the rights of any material uploaded or added by third parties.
To report a breach, send a link to the content, a description of the right, an appropriate guide and contact details. We may restrict content while reviewing a trusted report or in compliance with a legal request, and we make available a response where possible and permitted.
Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content
Fraud, impersonation, misuse of payments, money laundering, illegal trafficking, infringement of property or privacy rights, exploitative or illegal content, spam, malware and attempts to access data or projects that you do not have access to are prohibited.
It is prohibited to disrupt the service or test its penetration without authorization or circumvention of quotas and powers. Do not upload highly sensitive or specially regulated data, such as medical records or full payment card data, unless there is an explicit agreement and appropriate technical preparation for this purpose. The activity compliance responsibility does not pass to Manasatak simply by using the tools.
Payment, integrations and other parties
Some features may depend on payment providers, storage, mail, domains, etc. Their services are subject to their terms and policies, and their interruption or rejection of an operation may affect the associated feature. You are responsible for the correctness of your service settings, keys and permissions.
The tools do not automatically allow money-guaranteed platforms, a guarantee account or commission transfers to service providers; Any such financial feature must be explicitly stated and activated. The responsibilities of Manasatak for the selection of their providers and the operation of their integrations shall remain in place to the extent required by law.
Previews and demo templates
Stores, academies and service platforms within previews are illustrative examples. The names, persons, orders, prices, valuations, and certificates of completion displayed are not customer documentation or real results, and payment and delivery are simulated.
Use fake data in the preview. When starting a project from a template, review each explanatory content and replace it or adopt it with valid rights before publishing it; Do not present hypothetical reviews, deals or testimonials as genuine.
Restriction, suspension and termination
Access may be restricted or suspended in the event of a material breach, non-payment, security risk, fraud or a legally binding request, to the extent proportionate to the cause. We explain the cause and opportunity for treatment when appropriate and permitted, and immediate action may be required to prevent harm.
You can object through support and provide an explanation of the incident. Upon termination, due amounts and mandatory rights are settled, and access to your data can be ordered or deleted after validation, unless a legal obligation or security risk prevents it. Records may remain necessary for accounting or disputes and protection under the Privacy Policy.
Guarantees and Liability
We take reasonable care in the operation of the Service and in the handling of malfunctions, with the possibility of maintenance or interruption of reliable services. Keep appropriate copies of your data and do not rely on the Service alone to save the only copy of irreplaceable material. Operational backups are not a promise to restore any status at any time.
To the extent permitted by law, Manasatak do not bear the expected loss of profits, opportunities or indirect damages arising from the use of the Service. The total contractual liability for service-related claims is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service during the twelve months prior to the incident.
Exceptions or limitations do not apply to fraud, willful conduct or any liability that may not be legally excluded, nor do they detract from consumer rights or mandatory data protection. Each party shall bear the consequences of its proven fault in accordance with the applicable law.
Third party claims and dispute settlement
If a third-party claim results from content that you have provided without your right or unlawful activity or your breach of these Terms, you may be liable for damages and reasonable expenses attributable to that breach to the extent permitted by law. This does not include damage caused by the error of Manasatak themselves, and you are allowed to know the claim and cooperate in defending it without a settlement that automatically binds you without your consent.
Start by sending a dispute description and account or process reference to support to try to address it. This step does not prevent recourse to the competent authorities or the exercise of your rights in legal deadlines. (b) apply jus cogens laws and jurisdictions defined by the relevant legal rules; This page does not impose a mandatory arbitration or a waiver of litigation rights.
Update Terms and Conditions
The date of last update appears at the top of the page. Changes are valid for the future, and do not retroactively extinguish rights that arose in a previous period. Substantial changes affecting a subscription are indicated with appropriate notice before they take effect when required by law, and additional approval is required when necessary.
If a provision is unenforceable, its exclusion is limited to the extent necessary and the rest of the terms remain in effect. For inquiries, complaints, notifications, cancellation requests or privacy contact supportmanasatak.com, mention manasatak.com or project scope and process reference for easy follow-up.
